The model homes I looked at was overall pretty interesting. Just a lot of stairs in each one. That's one model that is just on the third floor, so you'll have to walk up 3 flights of stairs before you can actually enter your abode.

You don't have to make any appointment if you just want to look at the different floor plans.

My experience with Zest Trumark Homes, managed by Seabreeze Management Company(HOA), has been quite frustrating. The main issue has been their poor communication. When I call them, the manager doesn’t answer the phone. When I email them, their responses are short and they only answer one question at a time. The community is dirty and unmaintained. No matter how many times we have called, no one will do anything about it. We just get ignored and told its not their problem.

This is a problem because when you're buying a home, you need clear and helpful communication from the management company. Zest Trumark Homes and Seabreeze Management Company don't seem to care much about that.

If you're thinking about buying a home here, be careful. The way they handle communication makes me concerned about what it might be like to deal with them in the long run. Before you decide to buy, think about whether you're comfortable with this kind of service for something as important as a home purchase.

Good price for the new 3 story attached condos in Covina. It's not the traditional attached condo, more like between condo & apartment. You do have neighbors on your side & 2nd floor.
