I made a full cash offer with no contingencies. As part of the offer I had to show proof of funds. When the agent saw I had >200% of available funds, she countered with 10% above asking price. I was the only bidder (they only had o e other bid in 6 months). Highly unethical … MLS is still showing original asking price even though they denied my full cash offer. WTH?
