We are building this beautiful ICF house with the green technology. This is considered an unconventional in USA but Zenith carries a great pool of professionals who helped in all phases of construction. They helped us in concept phase and worked with our architect to make such design that requires less columns and beams. They worked with City permission and provided simulated load calculations to support our design. They worked for special inspections in each significant pour and provided certificates. They understood our requests for design transfer to layman type contractors and made minor changes with very minimal charges. I give them 5 star and provided my home rebuild pictures here for reference

We are an HOA with several balconies. The city & state inspection requirements were due. The project made us (the board) and owners very anxious. We sought several proposals/bids. Zenith wasn't the least expensive however what they offered was much more complete and took a lot of coordinating off our shoulders. Such as other engineering firms provided the inspection, but not a contractor to create and patch necessary inspection portals. That meant we would've had to find our own contractor and to synch their schedules with Zenith. It was a big relief to us not to have to do this. But apart from this benefit, the inspection was professsionally conducted and went extremely smoothly and efficiently. The final report was received within 8 weeks, but well worth the wait. It's extremely comprehensive and organized. It was way beyond our expectations. We have now put them and Loona Construction on our list of preferred vendors. And we're so happy to have completed the balcony inspections without a hitch.

I was fortunate to find Zenith Engineers for engineering design of our new deck. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I had worked with a previous engineer who wanted to over-engineer the design to the point where we would have been unable to use glass railings. Zenith Engineers quickly provided a design that allowed the glass railing to easily meet the building code. When we decided to make a small increase in the deck size, they were able to adjust the design with only minimal changes. The deck easily passed the City's permit inspection with zero issues. I was kind of curious that the stepped retaining walls would require special attention (which the other engineering firm I hired totally missed and evaluated one level of retaining wall only). The engineers at Zenith did the 2 stage retaining wall analysis and provided me a professional report that indicated that the stepped retaining walls are structurally sound.
