I recently worked with ZAA Studio on a project for an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and SB9 unit to add 2 additional units on my lot. I wasn’t sure if they provided service for projects like mine since most of their work was high end luxury homes but they were professional and paid close attention to every detail and treated me like a family member. ZAA Studio listened to my needs and gave me helpful advice based on their knowledge of ADU regulations and SB9 laws keeping my budget in mind. They communicated well, keeping me informed about the progress and quickly addressing my questions. They never ran out of patience in guiding me throughout this process since it was my first time. I learned so much from them and I would love to work with them again.

My wife and I hired Zaven and ZAA Studio to help us subdivide a property and also a design a home for us. From the first phone call Zaven was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. After interviewing several firms we had not doubt we wanted to use him and it was the best decision we could have made.

Everything is extremely personalized. He truly listens to what you want in your dream home and somehow puts it to life on blueprints. We didn't have to make too many revisions as everything we discussed he listened to and executed and delivered. He answered every call and takes meetings with you when you need to discuss anything in person and it's that kind of service that makes them the best. He handled everything for us from permits to design.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do anything that is architecture or home design related as he is the best in the business. His designs are beautiful and we did our research with this.
