Working With Andrea has been a delight she is a very patient and informative employee!!! As a disabled Women with mental health issues it's a "God given" characteristic to be able to communicate and do business with someone like that. She has patience and a great representation of a business/company with folks trying to maintain a healthy&safe lifestyle/environment with disabilities! Tumi was also very informative and as soon as I walked in the office she greeted me with a smile as I watched her give the same treatment to everyone that came in to the office. I have decided that Yorkshire is the place I would like to call home and will definitely seal the deal on my application as soon as I return from vacation! Kudos to Yorkshire and I thank you for the great service

I’ve had such a great experience living at the Yorkshire Apartments! Andrea, the property manager, is always professional, friendly, and quick to handle any concerns. Tumi, the assistant property manager, is just as helpful—always greeting residents with a smile and making sure things run smoothly. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about the people living here, but they go above and beyond every time.

Scheduled an appointment to view an available apartment. Waited outside for 30 minutes for an agent to show up and never did. Automated phone call service, so I was not able to get a hold of anyone. You'd think the company could be prompt and on time when I'm potentially about to sign a lease for thousands of dollars. Not to mention the crackheads roaming the parking lots asking people for money while I'm waiting to see an apartment. Very glad I didn't select this location.

Tumi is literally the best! Very personable, understanding, and helpful. She helped me today with an issue involving my rental payment without inconveniencing me with bs. Yesterday I called the rental office with my issue and another leasing agents (I didnt catch his name) was very unhelpful, rude, and incorrect about the steps i’d have to take to make the payment. Tumi made sure I knew all of the facts and resolved this issue within a few messages back and forth. Thank God for understanding and considerate people in the world like her. Life is hard enough as it is. Thank you again Tumi for all of your help today! 🙏🏾

As a tenant a ( Yorkshire) managed by ( (Andrea Green ) have made tremendous changes and the professionalism from her , supportive leasing staff and maintenance workers .
While being here for sometime and seeing the changes of how different this management team , have put there foot down on the rules and regulations on zero tolerance of destroying our community
Andrea demonstrate great leadership, genuine commitment to ensuring positive living for all residents .

Andrea shows great communication throughout any changes of lease , update of any services request for our units from outside contractors entering into our j hi or etc. was clear and timely, responsiveness to maintenance requests was outstanding always addressing issues promptly and professional .

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with Yorkshire Apartments. For months, I have been dealing with leaking windows in my unit. The cold wind and freezing temperatures have made it impossible to maintain a safe and warm environment for my three children, including my four-month-old baby, who has fallen ill due to the constant exposure to cold drafts.

Despite raising the issue multiple times, the problem remains unresolved. While a contractor was sent and claimed the issue was fixed, the same problems persisted shortly after they left. I’ve repeatedly asked the front desk staff to connect me with the manager, but after visiting them three or four times, I still haven’t been able to speak with anyone who can make decisions or provide a permanent solution.

With the current freezing weather and snow, this situation has become unbearable. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and accountability from the management team at Yorkshire Apartments. I urge the management to take this matter seriously and address the issue immediately, as it directly impacts the health and safety of my family.
