What a wonderful company from the receptionist to the owner. We were in a rush to get a contract estimate and Yerkes made the time and effort to show up the next day as well as write me an estimate that I needed ASAP to re negotiate a new contract with the seller. They came out right away, even called the next day and even had their team in the office handle my needs while the owner was out at a meeting. This is what makes a good company and I can't wait to see the great work they do in the future on my home. Customer service is key and the whole team at Yerkes Construction is better than I could have ever imagined. I felt like I was their only customer and that speaks volumes
