Tony is everything I would expect of Licensed Plumbing Contractor. He was on time. Diagnosed the problem. Walked me through it so I understood and even pointed out for free some areas he saw that were sure to give me issues down the road; and he was right. He came back when I needed him and took care of it. Couldn't be happier with their service. Beat any other quote I got.

I made an appointment with Ybarra plumbing for June 14, 202l for 4:30 and also sent a picture of my problem in my shower....4:30 came and Tony from Ybarra called and said he didn't have the part I needed and he would order it for the next day and would come at 4:30, not any sooner because they had a "project" they were working on....well 4:30 came again and no Tony, tried to call and the mailbox was full. Never did hear from good old Tony, I don't know why I was treated so rudely and unprofessionally, and he certainly doesn't deserve the one star I gave, ...not a good company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Called yesterday because Google says they do business after hours. Well they don't do business after hours. I told them my issue told me to send address. I text him to confirm and we'll he confirmed the next morning and he said that my address has an unpaid balance of 120 dollars. I have never used the guy bought the house in the last year so he said he couldn't service it.

Well I called another company they where happy to help me out with true professionalism and very fast as well.

I would consider a different company to do the plumbing. Instead of these guys.
