We used Peter Wright Construction for the complete 2019-2020 remodel of our 3,100+ sq. ft Palm Desert country club home plus a new construction 600 sq ft casita.
Working with a hands-on, owner-managed contractor can work both ways, but in our case, it was a decided advantage. Peter gave us his complete attention, and even when he wasn’t on-site working himself, would stop by almost daily to inspect and report how things were progressing. This was especially important to us as this being a vacation home, we don’t live in the area and weren’t able to check on things ourselves every day. It was obvious he had a great relationship with his subs.
Peter is easy going and detail oriented, and worked well with our (not local) architect and (local) designer to achieve our shared vision for the project. He also kept us in good stead with the HOA every step of the way and helped us walk through a few “unusual” requests that could have gone either way.
The project was finished on time and on budget just before the pandemic. Even now, Peter makes himself available if we have any questions.
We enthusiastically recommend Peter for consideration on any remodel or new construction project.

Wright Building performed a major remodel of our Palm Springs home in 2018. The project involved all bathrooms and kitchen; relocation and addition of waste lines for toilets and showers; new patio wall and floor construction; upgraded electrical, cable, and internet wiring. I can confirm everything Wright Building states on their website: "we prioritize ethics, communication, integrity, and hard work." It's ALL true.
