I cannot express how amazing working with Tara and WOWza reality has been. Above and beyond in EVERY aspect!

We reached out to WOWza when looking to rent our home. Immediately we were given loads of information on what to expect on the entire process. This was very beneficial and comforting as it was going to be our first time renting and we were a bit nervous. Within hours we had showings scheduled.

It was in our process of finding our new home that we found out that it made more sense for us to sell our house rather than rent it. Tara quickly (within one day) made the transition to put our house on the market. Her strong market knowledge priced the home perfectly and it sold in under 24 hours!!

Once under contract her top not service continued. She arranged all the inspections, repairs, cleanings, and even responded personally to a mild emergency after we vacated the house and were no longer in the area. The amount of stress taken off of my wife in having to deal with all those appointments while I was away cannot measured.

The amount of moving pieces that occur during military (and really any) moves can be quite daunting. This was our 5th move as a family and I can easily say WOWza reality has exceeded any and all previous experiences. If you are looking for a straight shooter with excellent professionalism then use this company.

Extremely unprofessional, horrible customer service, 0 respect for military families, and just outright RUDE staff. After reading the other bad reviews it seems to be normal here. Avoid this place like the plague, I would never want this company in charge of my property or tenets. If for some godforsaken reason you need to speak with these people I pray you won't have to speak with Sherry. Unfortunately it seems like she never learned common courtesy and manners, instead she will use her time on the phone with you to constantly speak over you and yell. My husband and I were in total disbelief after our call once she hung up. I have NEVER spoken with anyone over the phone who was this rude.

If you are looking for an outstanding realtor, Tara McClintok is 1000% your person! My husband and I have worked with her on the purchase of two homes and have had the most pleasant experiences! She is so kind, trustworthy and hardworking! She has made both processes so easy for us and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else on future purchases!

Absolutely horrible experience, 0 personal or professional integrity. My review is below a bit - it should be noted they are having Sherry’s friends and family write FALSE reviews commenting on her “great customer service” to offset the horrible experience my husband and I had on the phone with her and my original review. Sketchy and dishonest, I wonder if the owner is aware of the fake reviews.
