I live behind their Stansbury Park location. We fought the bright lights--they put them up anyway. I have been woken up for years by their loud salt layers and sweepers. This morning, it was at 1:40AM. If you let them next to your house, your sleep will be disrupted at least twice a month and your sky will be light--it will even shine in your windows.

Find ANY other landlord. No TI money, no rent abatement during construction, building falling apart and we paid to fix everything when we were moving in. Overpriced properties poorly maintained and no concern for the businesses that bring them profit.

A Utah company should not buy land from native Hawaiians. Period. Profit chasers that are ruining the beauty of HI by forcing locally owned ranchers to sell. I hope the locals treat you well.

They shut down the best locally owned pastry shop in Logan after 15 years. Can’t believe you would do them dirty like that. An entire community felt betrayed by your company.
From your other reviews, I can tell this isn’t your first time screwing over your tenants for more money.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This company does not care. We have had issues since day 1 of being in the building and fixes in sight. It's not worth it. Use someone else

Manager Russell Morley was very unprofessional. Worst experience I’ve had dealing with this company. He was very rude and unapologetic about his attitude. I was a VISITOR at 615 Arapeen building and I had just parked in the wrong spot on accident. Was in the spot for about 5 minutes and he comes up threatening to tow my car and basically throws a paper at me saying I have your information don’t park here again!

Their billing is all messed up. They keep saying I didn't pay October, then I send proof. Then they say it's November that I didn't pay, then I send proof, then December, etc...It's bad enough that they don't answer the phone.
