Winter Homes built our beautiful custom home and we are very pleased! From start to finish, the staff at Winter Homes was extremely helpful! Janene did an incredible job along the way helping with all of our selections! We had a few minor issues after we closed, but Melissa with their warranty department was excellent to work with! She is very knowledgeable and professional, and she is always very quick to respond! The issues were corrected in a professional and timely manner.

This was our 6th home build and hopefully our final home and it was our best experience. Winter Homes was a pleasure to work with. From floor plans, to Janene in Interior Design, and Terry our supervisor was great to work with and handled any change request without extra charges. Our warranty specialist, Melissa has handled all requests very promptly and has been a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend and use Winter Homes again. They build best quality homes in the area.
