This has easily been the most pleasant experience dealing with another company I have ever had.
Any questions I had were very quickly and thoroughly answered, the quoting and invoicing was both very transparent and fast, the ballscrews shipped well packaged, and even after they arrived, Mr. Winter was more than happy to provide input and direction during my installation.
This was the first company who was more than happy to provide me the information needed to do the work myself. And on top of that, the custom work on the ballscrews fit my machine perfectly.
