I recently relocated my art gallery to Palm Desert after fourteen years of business in Santa Monica, California. In looking for space, I knew that an El Paseo location was key. While there is rarely much availability on El Paseo at all, finding a storefront space of less than 2,500 square feet made the search especially difficult. An additional layer of complexity was my very short window of time. My goal was to open at the beginning of the 2024 Season.

Working with Matt an absolute pleasure! He immediately understood what I was trying to achieve and worked hard to locate a good space. After looking at a few possible properties, Matt somehow found the perfect ‘needle in the haystack’ storefront for my art gallery on El Paseo, in exactly the part of street where I wanted to locate. He negotiated a good deal and a carefully thought-out five-lease. I signed the lease for my new location less than a month after I began my search. I am delighted with my new location and look forward to many years here.
