He didn’t pressure us into signing paperwork which showed he cared more about building the working relationship than locking us into a contact which would obligate us to use him.

He came up with a selling strategy that I wasn’t on board with at first. But I trusted his advice which exceeded expectations in the end. That’s why he’s the real estate professional and I am not. His strategy resulted in 7 offers after the house was on the market for only three days. The house sold for over 10% of the asking price which told me his strategy was the right one. The pictures that his photographer took were phenomenal.

He answered every phone call and text without delay. I’d recommend him to any buyer or seller. You can’t go wrong him. And the nice gifts he gave us after closing were definitely appreciated by our family.

He also represented us on the purchase of our new home as well! That process went very smooth.
