Let's just say that you would be better off forming a neighborhood committee and consulting an attorney to draft independent articles of incorporation. This group takes their fees, and that's it.

You can't let them talk your HOA into going on auto-pilot while they have access to your association's finances. You will regret it for years to come.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompetent.

Several HOA's over the years have fought for and voted them out, or outright fired them. It's all on public record.

Each time, they try to sneak in a non disparage clause, knowing that word of mouth will expose them to the world.

For the dysfunctional company, exposure is far worse than losing litigation or clients.

Full Disclosure:

I am not, nor have ever been an HOA Board Member with any client of WCM. I have however seen firsthand how they operate, and have on more than one occasion pointed out to them that what they were doing was wrong.

A free space for sports meet ups right in the center of our community. Warmer weather brings out picnics, great place for families. A community pool, tennis court, playground and field. Also for dog walking and viewing the sunset.
