Truly excellent experience working with Lance Wilkes and the entire team here. I contracted them after the city shut down my permit for moderate deck repairs and the Wilkes team handled the situation better than I could have expected. The Wilkes team was always on time for appointments and their drawings received a shout-out from multiple city inspectors for being attentive to detail and of excellent quality. Lance was even kind enough to walk me through the permitting process and give me tips on best ways to communicate with the city. 10 out of 10 and will use again for my next big project requiring drawings.
