I'll never forget the day Roland Joun, walked out into the field and talked to Dad while he was getting up hay in 1998! I had tried in1996 for 2 years working with Anne Arundel County to approve Mom & Dad giving their children & grandchildren a 2 Ac. lot each (family conveyance) and the county said the lots had to be 20 Ac. each! The County said Mom & Dad could not give 2 Ac. lots to their children! I called Roland and our family was so happy and grateful because Roland tremendously improved our lives!
Roland told Dad he could help us! And he DID! His extensive knowledge, dedication, and awareness of how Anne Arundel County works is brilliant!
Roland was able to subdivide 7 lots! Five, 2 Ac. lots for family conveyance and two bonus lots! Mom and Dad sold the two bonus lots which gave them a wonderful retirement income! It helped our family so much! THANK YOU, ROLAND!
We couldn't have done this without Roland and his excellent team. We highly recommend Wilkerson & Associates for all your surveying, house location plans, boundary line surveys and subdivision needs. They are the BEST! If we could give them a million stars, we would!
