This is our second go-round with Tadd and Whitney as our realtors and our experience was exceptional, yet again! After ~5 years of thoughtful client appreciation goodies, choosing the Hale team - this time as sellers - was a no brainer. Even without the treats, we knew we wanted a realtor who would price our home competitively and make us feel assured along the way. When the process began with them providing us an entire packet of helpful timelines, checklists, and a plethora of data to help us price our home appropriately; we instantly felt at ease! And that feeling continued every step of the way, knowing that we could trust them and that they had our best interests in mind.

We were so impressed by the amount of effort Tadd and Whitney put into advertising our home. From the drone video, to the brokers open house, to the social media posts, the Hale team’s commitment to thorough marketing was superb! Following our inspection there was a couple of hiccups that needed attention. Before we even had time to stress out over this – Whitney had already called all of the appropriate contractors and set up appointments with them. Whitney and Tadd are apart of a rare breed of realtor. I met with several realtors prior to connecting with them and all of them just showed houses. Never asked me and my husband any questions, never got to know us or show that we were more than just a commission check. I even had one keep emailing me, calling me a different name everytime. Whitney is absolutely phenomenal! She is amazing. Whitney is the most caring always there for you kind of person. No matter what it is that you need that she’s there. If she can help you she’s got you.
We started using Whitney through her friends recommendation. She helped my daughter find a rental. She would then check in every year to see if she was ready to move or needed anything ready to buy. When it came time for us to be ready to buy. Whitney was our one and only call. For a couple of months she has a soft at places that were up for sale. And there’s always some thing for the price of them and there was always something wrong. And I need a new room or are you coming pricewise as much as a new build. So after some consideration, much talking with Whitney, we decided to go with a new build. Whitney was undeniably so helpful. She was there every inspection. She was there at closing. Anytime I didn’t understand anything. I just kind of looked at her and she made me feel so safe and comfortable.
My daughter went to get ready to buy it again. Whitney worked with her and my son-in-law, and came to the same realization that building was going to be the best bad for them. Period but the company that gave the best perks at closing and things didn’t allow realtors. So Whitney as always does what’s best for her clients and walked away without getting any commission or anything because it was what was best for her client. Whitney is all about what’s best for her customers. Again, I think that she is absolutely amazing. I cannot come up with enough to say about her. I absolutely love her. She is always my one and only choice when anybody asked me if I knew a good realtor.
