Justin A. was amazing. Extremely professional and was in and out in no time. He was very informative and explained everything that he was doing. After he was done with the repair, Justin took the time to explain what happened. He also serviced our humidifier and showed me how it works and how to use it. Something we had no idea about. Whipple service is my go to for now on!

Excellent work!! Ken did a great job. Had a toilet that was leaking, he was quick to come and get it fixed! If you have any plumbing issues, they’re the ones I recommend!

Fantastic service and installation. Skyler James did a great job with the installation of our new water heater. He is courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

However, the Whipple Service Champion company is a very expensive company. The labor fee was almost tripple the price of the unit. I was able to use a promotional offer and a military discount to help defray some of the cost . I am confident that the exorbitant labor fee does not go to the technician.

I have been a member of their service program for a number of years, and at an annual fee of $300, I am not sure if it is a value.

I must give a positive response to the company's quick response time.

Brett and Keith were amazing! Updated my basement electrical so I could safely install a kitchen. Was very respectful and finished rather quickly and cleaned up! Highly recommend.

Justin A came out for a resetting thermostat and found a number of issues that the builder of my home did not address at the time of construction. He comprehensively walked us through each of the issues and how it was affecting our furnace and what he could do to address it. He was friendly and professional from start to finish. 10/10, will be using Whipple again in the future.

We have been signed up with Whipple for less than a week and I'm so impressed! Justin A was sent out to do a furnace tune up and he exceeded the expectations! He was very thorough and explained things well and helped us avoid any major potential issues down the road. Make sure to use Whipple for all your house maintenance needs!
