From everyone I have spoken to Bill has one of the best construction companies in south Georgia borrow Nunn he’s a very honest well spoken Christian man that knows what he’s doing don’t hesitate to use him for any project.

Builds high quality homes. Just don't let him get ahold of your HOA. His skill in managing those leaves a lot to be desired. Such a well known and respected (and wealthy) businessman should listen to the needs of the communities he builds instead of ignoring complaints and using his clout to scare off any lawyers the homeowners may want to utilize.

Poor management company. Does not openly communicate. W.H Gross is a poor representation of Construction in Camden County. Does not build A quality homes which is probably why he switched to commercial. Now we have a commercial building that was built by this company that was not up to code.

Shady business owner who cuts corners when building houses. They operate a Shady HOA that doesn't repair things needed to be fixed and only take payment. They never offer board meetings either. Claims to be a Christian man but instead he's just a bigot con man.
