Nice place and Paula & JC were very helpful. Very convenient place. I stayed with my 3 kids during 5 weeks.

The property management and leasing staff at Westwood Village Apartments (WVA) are devoted to assisting residents to have the most enjoyable experience at their exceptionally well maintained and beautiful apartment community. The leasing staff is at once professional and caring and helpful. The management team, which also works from their office in the building (so important today!!) strives to give exceptional attention to the concerns or needs of residents, on top of being first class champions of every facet of the building's day to day management, cleaning, and unit maintenance. Everyone here is treated as a VIP. My maintenance requests, rare, we're responded to usually the same or next day. The main lobby floor has a brilliant secure package system, purified hot and cold fountain water and an automated barrista machine for delicious coffee beverages to enjoy. I made regular use of the all new rooftop gym and the private rooftop pool and deck for swims, reading a book or studying, or having a cookout onthe grill. The panorama views from the roof are complete with views of stunning California mountains. The indoor parking was well maintained and a breeze to access. Wonderful neighbours too. Natalia the “lobby manager” was the most unprofessional, rudest, most uncooperative person I have encountered. I came to her with a noise complaint of somebody in the building being loud and she said “why am I only coming to her now” and said that she’s not gonna do anything about it because she has no capability of doing so. She advised called 911? This is not an emergency situation. It is not against the law to do your job and notify tenants when they are being disruptive. Do better.

I only have good things to say about Westwood Village Apartments. I moved in when I was a UCLA student in 2021 and never wanted to leave! I have always felt safe and well taken care of by the whole management team (JC, Paula, Carol). They are friendly, kind, and take the time to get to know you. It is clear that they prioritize the residents' happiness and security. My personal favorite is the water/tea/coffee bar in the lobby. The building itself has amazing vibes; it's clean, peaceful, and was recently renovated. I have never had an issue with noise when studying for a final or getting good sleep after work!

I’m doing a short term rental and everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful! I got a fully furnished apartment and it’s perfect for what I need, and has everything and then some. The apartment is close to everything and has great walk-ability. And the management really shines at this apartment! JC is super charismatic and bubbly, came in on their day off to help out and let me into the apartment, give me a full tour and took time to ensure that I was all set to go! Carole is incredibly sweet and helpful, and Paula worked with me directly for almost two weeks to make sure I could get have this apartment ready, and she was always available. The way everyone has treated me makes me wish I could stay here much longer!

We were in a rush to find a place when UCLA housing fell through. So glad we found this apartment complex! Our unit is clean, well furnished with everything one needs to just "move in and live" - love the roof top pool, work out facilities and the secure entry way to the building. In addition this apartment complex is located in a pretty safe neighborhood with UCLA, Target, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods all within 10-15min walking distance. Loved chatting with Carole - she answered questions patiently and kindly. JC Romero - what a gem! He walked us through the rental paper work and the actual move in with so much patience, professionalism and a great smile to boot. Also appreciated that JC answers emails so promptly.

For the past 6-7 years we have been regular guests at Westwood Village Apartments. We like the apartments, which are within walking distance of UCLA and the major shops in Westwood. They are nicely decorated and furnished and provide a convenient solution for stays of a few months. We have always been happy with the service of the local team, even though it has changed every year in the past 3 years (a bit too much to our taste). This year (2018) Christian and Mina are on the administrative team. They were very forthcoming in answering our questions ahead of our arrival and satisfying our requests once we chose an apartment. We were also happy to see again Maria (who quite uniquely has been around for years) and who is so dedicated in taking care of the apartments.
