We have had the pleasure to work with Keenan on at least four different occurrences buying and selling property. From the day we met with him on our first property he made himself available based on our needs and schedule as we were always traveling to WV. He is one of the most honest and forthright persons that I have had the pleasure to work with. Keenan worked with us every step of the way up to and including the closing on the properties. Even after the sale he has been available to answer questions. I / we would highly recommend working with Keenan if interested in property in Hampshire and surrounding counties.

Keenan Shanholtz, of West Virginia Land & Home Realty, has been instrumental to my family’s real estate acquisitions in West Virginia. Though my wife and I are experienced real estate investors, I doubt we would have completed the West Virginia transactions without Keenan holding things together. With Keenan, we have avoided the costly mistakes that can occur when making real estate purchases in an unfamiliar market without a realtor. We are happy to have recently finished building a cabin on one parcel and will begin a very rustic off-grid project on a remote parcel in 2023…My wife and I are grateful for Keenan’s expertise that has made this possible.

Keenan Shanholtz is at the top of the realtor/ broker field. By far!! I have spent my career in commercial building leasing dealing with brokers. Although I used Keenan for a large recreational land purchase his knowledge , sense of urgency,and,overall handling of the buyer and seller in my case was exceptional. Our deal would not have happened without Keenan. There were easement ,deed,and family issues with the seller and he handled each of these issues with each party to go the extra mile and get the deal closed. Also, he handled me through all of the issues which couldn’t have been easy. If you are buying ANYTHING in Keenan’s area and you do not utilize his expertise .... you have not maximized your opportunity !

Keenan Shanholtz recently sold us our third property in the Romney West Virginia area. He's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and promptly handled all aspects of the home/land buying experience. About five years ago, we bought a house with acreage from him. Then, over the next several years when two additional properties adjacent to our land were placed on the market, he immediately contacted us to make sure we had the first opportunity to buy the land.
