I decided to hire WeLocate Real Estate to sell my late father’s home based on a referral from someone who worked with Jennie Shook in the past and had a positive experience with her services. So when Jennie came by to discuss a listing agreement, she laid out a marketing plan to me that included drone photography and a virtual tour of the property (which I wasn’t expecting or even thought of using). We mutually arrived at a list price that I felt was fair and reasonable to expect using Jennie’s real estate insight and knowledge of home sales in the area. And after she planted the For Sale sign in the yard, Jennie wrote an appealing MLS listing and kept me regularly informed of the listing status – including how many potential buyers viewed the online listing or made hard inquiries about it. Jennie arranged as many as a dozen in-person showings – always making sure in advance I was able to accommodate them. And she also suggested a few tips on how to best prepare the house for these showings to further enhance its appeal. In the end, a buyer came forth with an offer that actually exceeded the list price. And after a sales contract was signed, Jennie and her office staff provided support right up to close of escrow. My experience working with Jennie Shook to sell my father’s home was smooth and pleasurable. There were no rough spots or conflicts at any time during the process. I have known Jennie Shook for over 15 years now. She has helped me sell properties and purchase properties over the years. She is always patient and supportive during the buying or selling process.
