Weinstein Construction just earthquake braced and bolted our house. The entire process from first (free) estimate to final inspection could not have been smoother. A really terrific company.

I would like to adequately review their services, but wasn’t given the opportunity. My first cal into Weinsteinl, I was told they had holidays that week, so to call again the next week. The same thing happened the next week. But was told to email them photos and what we need done and someone would get back to me the following week. The following week no one called so I called on that Friday. Was told someone would call me the next week. Again the same thing happened except this time the person assigned to me wasn’t in so they were going to have someone else call me. No one called me. And now it’s been another 2-3 weeks. Why waste my time? Why ask me to respect the holidays and be patient, which I have no problem doing, but then why can’t you respect my time and energy and problems with my house all the same? I seriously just want a competent, honest, serious company to respond and not play games with me. Is that so much to ask in LA? Apparently so!

Their quote was reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. The process was very smooth from the start to completion. A little over a year ago I went into escrow for my home in Sherman oaks and the house was sinking and all the floors were crooked. I called 4 different retrofit companies and foundation companies. Itsik Weinstien the owner came out himself to meet and greet me. He was by far the best priced and most honest of all the companies. I hired them immediately and they did the work fast and clean. Weinstein Construction did a professional job from start to finish. We had them retrofit our home, and they completed the job in one day. The office was responsive whenever we called with questions, getting back to us very quickly. All the needed forms were filled out quickly. All permit and inspection details were handled by the office and Steven, the job supervisor. They even provided very clear before and after photos so that we could see the work without crawling under the house ourselves. Everything was incredibly clean when they were done.
