What a disappointing experience with this company. They seem more focused on their commissions and internal sales competition than on fostering long-term relationships with repeat customers. When I brought up grants and closing cost promotions, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. The same goes for their sister mortgage company (Mortgage Access), with whom I’ve also been a repeat customer. Despite repeatedly asking about promotions or financing options, they flatly denied having anything available. However, as soon as I began exploring better deals elsewhere, they miraculously came up with offers and solutions. This behavior feels dishonest and undermines trust.

Fabulous office conveniently located to serve the Rt 7 corridor from Arlington/Alexandria to Winchester and Rt 28 from Loudoun to Prince William Counties! Stimulating, learning environment for beginning to highly experienced Realtors. Gorgeous, light-filled open environment created for maximizing creativity in the delivery of services. I accidentally went to this office few weeks ago, I meant to go to the office next door (lol). There was this good looking lady, long black hair at the reception desk and I can tell she was very busy. Phones ringing off the hook and other people asking her questions. After she saw me, she stop what she was doing and gave me a warm smile and asked me graciously how she can assist me. I realized I was not at the right office but at the same time I wish I was in the right office. she went out of her way to point me to the right direction. I am writing this review because with the brief interaction I had with this lady and seeing this real estate office made me think that they must be really doing a great job training their people. For her to focus on me and take time to point me to the right direction is a good gesture that rarely seen nowadays.

Hi everyone, I want to share an experience I had with working with a realtor ( Ayona Shome) who works here. We worked with her for 2 months and failed to get any home after bidding so many times. Her lack of knowledge and attention to detail is deplorable. On top of that we were promised 1% cashback which she refused to give after we got a home. 1% cashback is quite common here in Virginia. The broker who works here kept on telling us you have to talk to the realtor for the commission. And Ayona Shome would say talk to my broker. My wife is pregnant and this deeply affected her. She didn't care that she was giving so much stress to my wife. Robbed first time home buyers of important money we needed ! I could go on but I will stop here by saying , Please stay away her!
