These guys certainly appear no to be trustworthy based on our interaction with them.

The owner, Todd Miller approached my family representing a "cash offer" on a property. The sales agreement was signed by both parties. After a few weeks of no communication, we received an e-mail requesting a "Release of sales agreement" citing that his bank would not approve the financing.

A "cash offer" falls through?

Then he had the nerve to ask for his very minimal deposit back ($1000 on a $775K property) and to top it off, then asked if we would be interested in "owner financing".

Not surprisingly after being called out on his less than ethical business practices, he has not responded to any further communication.

Be careful. I am guessing we are not the first.

I sold my townhouse “as is” to WE BUY VA and it was a great experience! From the very beginning everyone was so helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale. They even found the new place I moved into! Amanda checked in quite often and was very responsive to my questions and/or concerns. And even when it looked like the closing date would change, they made it happen on schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a smooth, fast and efficient home sale. Todd, Amanda, and Hammy have all three been TERRIFIC to work with through this convoluted, stressful, and remarkably complicated and complex, multi-layered and -faceted process of selling the house. We can only imagine how much more stressful all of this would have been had they not taken the reigns at every opportunity and guided us on what to do and did a lot of the legwork for us of so many facets of this approach. We cannot recommend Todd, Amanda, and Hammy enough -- you will not regret going with them when you're ready to sell your house. You'll still have a lot of work to do, and it's not going to be fun, but these three fine folks will certainly take the sting out of it. And Todd will indeed everything in his power to give you the best deal he possibly can -- he'll definitely go that extra mile. From the bottom of our hearts we thank all three of them -- we sure are grateful Todd reached out to us with his initial email. Thanks, you three!

I was wanted to sale my home which I been renting and had problem with the renters, when I was contacted by We Buy VA.
