Working with WCH Homes was an amazing experience for our first home. From the up to date appliances and design. We are so happy with our home. Our realtor Ilia Durham was very enjoyable and helpful to work with. She made this experience fun, exciting, and unique. She is so sweet and understanding. When it was time to pick out colors, she made me feel comfortable. It was very hands on and I appreciated being able to craft our home into what we wanted. Our closing process was one of my favorite parts. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. We had the privilege of working with the Superintendent Clayton Davis. He and Ilia walked through our home with us and went over everything we needed to know. We even pointed out touch ups that needed to be done and Clayton and his wonderful team got them done in the right time. He was very down to earth, and welling to help with anything we needed. We are so grateful to have worked with everyone involved and will be working with them again. Would recommend to anyone wanting to move or build their dream! #wchhomes

I want to highlight Miles whom is always only a text or phone call away. He answers all the questions and concerns I have (post purchase too). He’s very easy to work with and takes pride in his job, a great representative of WCH Homes.

We love the home and the community! Fantastic construction. Thrilled with the finishes and craftsmanship. Miles Hobbs was our POC throughout the acquisition and into our occupation of the home. Miles specifically was communicative, responsive, and very helpful with not only the home but the neighborhood amenities and orienting us to our new surroundings. Truly a fantastic experience into an amazing home with top-tier customer service from Miles and team. We don't buy a new home every day but 10/10 would use again. Thanks so much!

This review is probably well over due as we moved into our beautiful home last August 2019. I must say we are truly blessed and happy with our custom home from Wingate. I remember meeting up with Lee while driving through the subdivision looking at lots in December 2018. Right then Lee answered all our questions and had his 'top notch' superintendent Bryan Strange meet with us to walk the lot we decided to pick. Moving onto the build process...Wingate was very accommodating with all the customizations we wanted throughout the home. We pretty much had our plan changed, bathroom heavily customized, and added a few other changes throughout the home to make it look fresh and modern. During these times Wingate... especially Bryan and his new sidekick Seth put my mind at ease, and fixed valid concerning matters I had. Post close, my family and I were amazed, as we walked through, that Wingate was able to bring our vision to light. This was more like a partnership between the builder and us. We have built a home before while in Virginia, and due to large corporate overhead appeasement by the builder, it was more about quantity rather than quality. Wingate was all about quality and it was evident, as our warranty discrepancies were minimal. Ultimately, I can say that I would build with Wingate again and refer new customers to him. From our family, I would like to thank the Wingate family for our home.

We moved into our WCH at Christmas and could not be more pleased. The team was very helpful with us during the process, and continue to be as we settle into our home. Mr. Chuck is the best, we appreciate him always going above and beyond to answer questions, help us out, and be friendly! Santa even found our house in time for Christmas 🙂 We highly recommend WCH.

We recently had WCH Homes build our dream home. Thanks to Marcus it was a great experience and a smooth process from start to finish. He was always available to assist in answering any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure everything was moving smoothly and also would ask if we needed anything.
Since this is not my first build, it surely was the best experience with Marcus and the WCH crew.
Wanted to also thank Bo our supervisor who was always there to tend to our needs and last minute adjustments. He kept the contractors straight and making sure the job was done right.
Thanks to Halee who made our selection day one to remember. She has so many wonderful ideas and made it easy to select everything and it looks superb.
