The village is a great place to live. As a Kirkwood student being close to campus is great especially during warmer weather when you can walk to class. I love that they have security around even during the night for safety and they respond very quickly. The rent is very affordable and maintenance is great when it comes to things breaking they will come and fix it within a day. Everything is up to date in the apartment also.

Charles is an amazing maintenance worker. He helped me take care of my blocked sink as well as the 2 minor issues I had with my fridge and with my toilet paper holder. I had forgotten to add these 2 issues in my original request but he took care of them without complaint.

I also appreciate the fact that he wore plastic slippers to cover his shoes before he walked into my place. He rocks!! Thanks Charles for your wonderful spirit & amazing knowledge.

As first time home buyers Allison Mackin was there with us every step of the way from home visits, negotiating, setting up inspection and even left us a welcome home gift after closing.
