They have resorted to locking up socks, t-shirts and underwear. I guess they don’t want to sell them. I am NOT hunting down an associate to open the case. Put your money into theft management like you did at the Sam’s Clubs. No one is going to wait for your employees to open cases.

They have thieves working there. They never put the Pokemon 151 tins out, they state that a customer stole 48 tins smh that’s bs how does a customer steal 48 tins and they have no clue about it. They never put the tins out in the first place one of their employees stole them and they’re not doing anything about it.

This WalMart location continues to be unable to find competent workers. On this visit specifically, I am referring to the Automotive Department. I will never step foot in this location again. Customer Service does not exist. This location should be considered for closure. You can handle things better on your own - on-line.

Ordered a phone online. Went to the app to declare I was in the parking lot but I wanted to speak to someone at the desk. Went to the bathroom. When I came out they were calling me on the phone and chasing me down. They handed me the phone, I showed my id, and that was it. Great experience!

This Walmart is going downhill fast. Everything’s locked up and there are no employees you push the button. Nobody comes you flag somebody down they go to get somebody who doesn’t come more than 30 minutes to get something. Not handicap friendly have to accessible cards don’t work the ones that do work are our defective and they got employees ride around and carts. These handicap cards are for customers either the store is too cheap or something is not right. That employees gotta use Customer carts they should have their own dedicated carts. I tried to get an unattended cart because I was stranded by a defective cart. I was very rudely informed that that one was for an employee. Give him an employee cart.

I came to this Walmart store with a written receipt to return two (2) small items, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter member who helped me was very rude. Her name tag was reverse so that you could know who she was. She refused to give me her name or cash for a DEBIT PURCHASE. I asked her to give me the cash of $15.95, but she REFUSED and said it was now Walmart Policy. I said, "Why did the store in Prince Frederick give me back CASH recently?" She responded that it's a new policy. The manager on Duty said her name was "Star." Go figure this was complete news to me. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE CORP. OFFICE SOON!!! What a shame!!

In spite of it being Christmas Eve, the store had the items I came in for. The parking lot was obviously full, along with long lines. However, if you brought patience along with you, then your experience would have been a good one.

Don’t waste your time doing drive up . You’re gonna have to go in and there is never parking for drive up. Always empty cars in the drive up spots. The drive up teams that comes out smh. Just go in seriously. I normally go to target. Waited 30 minutes for one item. Nobody answers the phone
