They are very friendly, precise and responsive. They did my land survey within 4-5 hours and called me again two days later to come back and do the more survey on each edge and corners they were there for up to 3-4 hours to make sure I get the most precise survey land in my property.

I really like the great communication and they also fixed the a lot of errors from the surveyor that was done by other neighbor which we had a dispute over our land and contacted the other surveyor to tell them what was wrong with their survey. The head team and the owner Mr, Meekins answered my call and point out and answered my concerns over the dispute. If you are in Howard county and nearby and want to hire a surveyor you need to hire someone local to get it done correctly rather than someone cheaper out of state that don’t know the exact rules for the county you live in. I highly recommend them and their fees are very reasonable and totally fair!

RESPONSIVE & FAST (as long as you are flexible). We needed a Site Plan for our property to pull a permit. I chose WL Meekins based on Google reviews (pretty spot on). If we had "scheduled" an appointment to get the survey done, we would've waited about 1.5 months. We were flexible and WLM was able to fit us in w/in a week. We received our Plan w/in 3 days! If we ever need to use them again, I would not hesitate.

Recently moved into a home in a great community where both my neighbors on both side of me homes are way bigger than mine, but we have the same plot size. With that being said I have more yard but never really knew where my property lines were. I hired WL Meekins, Inc. to come and put stakes in the ground so I will know and would not infringe on either neighbors' yards. However, WL Meekins arrived when I wasn't home and started surveying my property which I was fine with since we had discussed on the phone prior exactly what I needed and that was to mark my property lines on both sides of my home so I as well as my neighbors could see what our boundaries were. However, when I arrived home I noticed that most of the stakes were in the back yard by the community fence than what I requested being placed on both sides of my home where it would count for me! Here it is a year later and I'm still having issues with my neighbor's contractors continuous coming on my property when doing their landscaping because of my property not being staked properly that would give way to doubt. If I have to do it all over again, which I will be with another company, and I would not allowed them to start the job until I got home to ensure I'm receiving exactly what I am paying for which in this case was $900+.
