Can’t recommend Kristin enough! We have had an excellent experience with Kristin. We were quite underwhelmed with our first realtor and are so thankful that we found and switched to Kristin. Throughout the entire process, she remained responsive, trustworthy, patient, flexible, and genuine. Even after we put a bid in on this house, she continued to keep an eye out for similar properties and was happy to tour multiple with us, which gave us more confidence in our purchase. She was very hands on - even willing to climb into the crawl space to look at potential foundation issues herself with a structural engineer.

She has set a new standard on how realtors should operate. We don’t have a single complaint. If we intend to buy or sell again in the future, we will definitely go through Kristin and are already recommending her to everyone we know.
