I've always had a great experience working with Vollkommen Construction and their staff. The level of communication that we have is great and we've been able to do a lot of large projects together.

Vollkommen is 2 years behind schedule on the construction of my fourplex and the expected date of completion has continually been pushed to the right. Their communication throughout the build process has been very poor. Echoing a previous review, if FIG is still using Vollkomen as their builder stay clear of investing.

Vollkommen construction has delayed projects in Idaho for more than an year with Fourplex Investment Group. Their responses are also quite limited and can't keep up with their promise dates at all (changed at least 10 times already). Check with FIG and if Vollkommen is used again, avoid that investment completely! Don't waste your time and money!!

Lived at Entrata Farms for a year in this cheaply constructed not up to code town home. Electrical is not up to code and there is NO insulation between the walls of the next town home. The building is not structurally sound, making it a code violation and braking noise ordinance laws. Walls were left partially painted with huge gouges. The central air system is poor, works great on the first floor yet does not reach the second or third. What clueless builder puts an air vent directly below a stove?! It was a quick build with cheap construction just to rip off a bunch of hard working Idahoans.

We didn't have a working AC for 7 weeks. We realized after 4 weeks of living there and reported it immediately. We were living in unlivable conditions for 3 weeks. We got a settlement offer of $100. That doesn't even pay for the hotel we had to stay in. And the settlement was only offered to a select few tenants, not all of the 13 involved.

Worst construction company I’ve worked with. They’re a year behind the latest projections of when they originally said they would be done and the date of occupancy keeps getting pushed out farther. I’m paying thousands in interest a month (for over a year now) that their liquidated damages don’t come close to fully covering. Absolutely terrible and dishonest communication. They used Covid as “an act of god” to get more money from investors after the contracts were signed and work was underway- money is gone and the building is still in the works. Using Covid as an excuse at this point is laughable. Learn from my misfortune and use someone else.

Since moving into our new townhome in Vineyard just 3 months ago, we have had non-stop issues with the air conditioning not cooling the home and just flat out not working. We are under builder warranty being new construction, but the guys Vollkommen contract out to take forever to get back to us and are extremely unprofessional when they do. We have had 2 separate technicians come out to look at our A/C unit just for them to BS some possible solution that does not fix the issue. The A/C unit was clearly installed faulty. We have heard the same thing from multiple neighbors surrounding us. If I were to go through the home buying process all over again I would NEVER buy a home built by Vollkommen. Save yourself the stress of having constant problems occur with little to no contact from those responsible and choose a builder that is much more trusted and reliable, not Vollkommen.

We recently bought a townhouse built by Vollkommen Construction and have had issues with air conditioning and sloppy construction in many places of the house. Any time we have contacted them about issues it takes forever to get any sort of response and the person they send is extremely unprofessional. We have had to contact someone multiple times about issues with the a/c and the guy said that if there wasn't a real issue then they would have to charge us $98 to send someone out. However, our home is still under builder's warranty and if the a/c continues to have issues then clearly there is a real problem that wasn't being addressed. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy a property built by this company!
