They severely screwed our home up.

We did the inspection. Told them everything that was wrong.

Zero things were fixed. Nothing.

The paint is worse than the 100k home I rented when I was starting out.

They came back today and made it infinitely worse. I can even describe the mistakes. There was paint splattered all over the floor in our brand new construction from the first time and when they came to correct it they did a couple spots and told my wife to do the rest.

Then when the paint wasn’t fixed he left her a roll of blue tape and said mark all the spots that are wrong. There isn’t enough blue tape in the world.

Also our master bath doesn’t even have hot water. Master shower doesn’t have a drain cover. No toilet paper holder installed in upstairs bathroom. Didn’t even install a light bulb in downstairs bathroom.

Painters ruined our carpet.

One of the panels on our island isn’t attached on one side. Tiles are severely sticking out in the backsplash in the kitchen.

I need someone to fix this asap.

We have tried to proper routes and nobody is helping.

If management has any doubt we have pictures and proof of every single thing I’ve mentioned and will share gladly. Any consumers stay away and also feel free to comment to get my info so we can share the pictures of what you’re getting into if you are considering them.

I’m done with this. It’s been the most exhausting experience of my adult life and my family is overwhelmed thinking we had our forever home and having our dreams destroyed and regretting our entire decision.

Please don’t delete this review as it will be further evidence of the bad business you are conducting. If you fix it soon I will change this review. But right now I’m more disappointed in a business than I’ve ever been. Please feel to reach out so your business doesn’t continue destroying dreams.
