My husband and I spent over a year searching for the perfect home building option that was affordable, time efficient, and included all the aspects we wanted to grow our family. We counted it a blessing that our first stick-built building company went bankrupt before we could begin, because that’s when we stumbled across VA Building Solutions. I could not have asked for a better option for a beautiful two-story custom home. Modular building through this company made it possible for us to customize our home to our liking. We received a gorgeous two-story farmhouse in less than 6 months time. They put the whole house together in one day- roof and everything, after having it delivered from the factory in sections. It meant no rain or storm damage! Our neighbors were shocked that they left their house for work in the morning and came back to a full house with walls and roof, next door! They kept us updated weekly on the progress and were always open to accommodating our needs. They delivered on an above and beyond level with the finished product and always with integrity and quality. It’s been the perfect home to start our life! I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an amazing building option!

I like Virginia Building Solutions for there quality, smooth process. When it came time to set the house they changed the date five times. That was the only thing that I frowned on.
