I worked with Jade for a month or more and she was very helpful. I would sometimes contact her off hours and she would still get back to me. She also gives a lot of advice when needed. Would recommend

Benjamin was my real estate agent and he helped me set up notifications for all housing listings that matched my preferences. Let me get something VERY clear. Jade Chu is not only pretty, she is smart, fantastic, and a SHARK in the business. If you want a home, she will make it happen. She got all of my friends wonderful homes within our price points. When we found the home of our dreams, she used her expertise to bring down the cost almost 400K. I don't think that any other agent would have been able to make this happen..

The home buying process is a very stressful task, she took on the stress (did not seem stressed at all while doing it) while I followed all her directions. She answered EVERY text and every phone call.

She met me at all the homes around Los Angeles that I was interested in, and let me know the true value of each property (what made sense and what didn't).

You know how some real estate agents are kinda annoying? She is quote the opposite. She made me feel so safe and comfortable during the process and held my hand the entire way.

I highly recommend hiring Jade if you want a successful transaction. I always hear stories about people losing a home to another bidder, but Jade is SO ON TOP of everything it is unreal!

One more thing, she did NOT make me sign an exclusivity clause, meaning, if I did not like her, we could part ways and I would be able to use a different agent. That is how I knew she was the REAL deal.
