She has a great person no matter the task (e.g. painter, plumber, carpet cleaner, house cleaner, trash hauler, escrow/title, etc). I've been especially impressed with her photographer/videographer who creates amazing listing photos and is one key to her success in driving buyers to her listings. Her designer/home stager and her handyman are also top-notch. Her handyman was able to tackle a number of small projects to make my property shine, and her stager transformed my property's look and appeal. Due to her connections and relationships, she has a team of professionals that will basically prioritize her clients to ensure that whatever deadlines are present are met.

2. Personality- It needs to be emphasized that Mary Jane is truly a people person. When you are engaged in a real estate transaction, having someone representing you who is gifted in making positive connections and effectively interfacing with all parties in the transaction is definitely a plus. It reduces the stress of selling and leads to a smooth and pleasant transaction. One you get to know her as I have, you will see she is rooted in family, is positive and charitable.

3. Experience - Mary Jane has an excellent understanding of the local real estate market, and how to effectively price and market properties to effectuate a quick sale at top dollar. She has a good eye and is able to provide effective recommendations to improve a listing's appeal.

4. Ease of transaction- With Mary Jane, you can be as hands-off or hands-on as desired. If needed, you can literally just turn over your keys and let her team handle any scheduling/meeting with contractors necessary to get the home prepped for listing. In terms of paperwork, except for one quick trip to the local escrow company for a notarized signature, everything was handled digitally and she was quick to respond to any email or text.
