When I first arrived in Southern California I had to scramble to find an apartment on short notice, so I ended up living in a rental that was easy to find but not comfortable. I had the pleasure of working with realtor Vinh Pham on his first listing and we managed to close despite a few obstacles throughout the transaction. As escrow, we had to stay impartial as we cannot favor one party over the other.

For someone who is fairly new to the real estate industry, Vinh was very professional in how he communicated to all parties, including escrow and title. This professionalism was carried throughout on how he resolved issues as it arise. Buyers agent was not as communicative with buyers as they should so buyers reached out to Vinh for guidance throughout the process and Vinh did his best to assist while still maintaining his sellers best interest at play.

Sometimes you’re being dealt a card that’s extremely difficult to handle but Vinh was able to navigate through it gracefully. Plenty of instruction and guidance was given to all parties, weeks prior to closing and during closing week. Vinh is someone I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great realtor who will go out of his way to help you achieve the American dream of home ownership, or selling your home.

If you're seeking a real estate agent who will prioritize your needs and maintain professionalism throughout the buying or selling process, Vinh Pham is not the individual for you. My recent experience with him has been nothing short of a headache, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others.

From the outset, Vinh's dual representation of both parties—often referred to as "double dipping"—was a glaring red flag that should have prompted me to reconsider my choice. Not only does this practice compromise the integrity of the transaction, but it also raises concerns about whose interests are truly being represented. In my case, it became painfully clear that Vinh was more concerned with finalizing the sale than ensuring a fair and transparent process for me.

Throughout the negotiations of selling my home, I made my expectations perfectly clear regarding what items would remain with the house and what I intended to take with me. Despite having explicitly communicated this information multiple times, Vinh went on to inform the other party that everything was included in the sale. This blatant misrepresentation created unnecessary confusion and frustration, leaving me to feel completely undermined in what should have been a straightforward transaction.

Furthermore, Vinh's communication skills are shockingly poor. Attempts to reach him were met with silence, and when I finally did manage to connect, his tone was dismissive and condescending—as if my inquiries were an inconvenience rather than part of his job. This lack of respect for his clients is indicative of deeper issues regarding professionalism.

Perhaps most troubling was Vinh's apparent lack of knowledge and problem-solving skills. When I showed him the contract that he claimed to have authored, he asserted that it was not his work. This left me not only feeling confused but also unsupported at a time when I needed clarity and guidance.

In conclusion, my experience with Vinh Pham has been overwhelmingly negative. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to your needs during a real estate transaction, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Vinh Pham is not the agent you want representing you; his actions could very well lead to significant stress and complications. Save yourself the trouble—steer clear of this agent.

Correct. Based off your lying, backstabbing behavior, and how you didn't even read your own contract, you will never be my real estate agent. However, you did represent my parents in which you did a TERRIBLE job. Double dipping, promises that were not kept, poor communication, lying, lying, lying, lying, lying...I don't blame you for lying since you have little to no Real Estate experience...

I inquired about my contract, and when I raised my concerns with Vinh, he replied, "I did not draft the contract, so I have not had the opportunity to review it thoroughly."

Although he assures clients of his commitment to excellence, he has repeatedly failed to meet expectations.
