I have been impressed by the new management company, Prometheus, who just took over management of the property when it’s sold. Their repairman Noah, who came to repair an issue with the toilet was knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to fix the problem which the prior company couldn’t. The men and women in the property management office have also been pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work!

While the apartments themselves may not offer the highest quality, the community makes up for it in a big way. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. One of the best features is the ample play space for kids, providing a safe and open area for them to enjoy. Overall, it's a great place for families, especially with the strong sense of community and easy access to local amenities.

Be careful of the moving-out charges. I cleaned the unit INSIDE OUT, even after scrubbing all the bits of oil below the range hood and every bit of scald in the shower and still got charged a lot of cleaning fee. I took detailed pictures of the unit after my cleaning (pictures shown below) and will file a dispute if the cleaning charge is not explained.

Next time, when you talk to the management, PLEASE RECORD YOUR TALK with a phone. They straight deny everything they said.

Scammers! I lived here alone for seven months—I didn’t cook, didn’t invite friends over, and was only home to sleep since I worked in an office. When I moved out, I cleaned everything thoroughly; my unit was in perfect condition. I followed all their instructions to get my security deposit back.

A month after I moved out, they sent me made-up charges: fees for trash removal, repainting, and cleaning the entire unit. After all their calculations, I somehow ended up owing them money!

Absolute crooks. Avoid this place at all costs!

Mar 26: Here we go again. Now we smell what is likely sewer gas, and this came up through the toilet. What is going on?Previous) Shame on me for not reviewing ratings on this property before signing a lease. I just moved in and the smell of some chemical will not go away. I got in on a "deal" but I would never pay the current "normal" price of 2700 per month, the paint job is awful like the smell, property management is severely understaffed, and the fixtures are leaky and cruddy. I want to get the air quality tested, whatever is off gassing in the apartment makes my nose run and the stench is overwhelming. Do not let the park-like setting fool you. I am ready to find someone to take over my lease.

Laundry Room Unclean and Moldy

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the laundry room in my apartment building. The laundry room is very messy and unsanitary. Additionally, I noticed mold growing on the washer and dryer. This is a health hazard and needs to be addressed immediately.

I would appreciate it if you could take steps to clean the laundry room and remove the mold from the washer and dryer. Residents should be able to use the laundry facilities without fear of exposure to mold or other contaminants.

Many complaints have gone unanswered by the Laundry maintenance company and management seems to be only interested in increasing the price without maintenance.

I am in the State of Alabama. Cupertino Village Associates LLC keeps sending business mail to my home address. I don’t know what their intentions are, but beware of this company. I’ve never had any dealings with them at all. I want to make this public knowledge just in case they have unethical business practices and are trying to establish my home as one of their properties. I will continue to return their mail back to the sender.
