why is the leasing staff never in the office? why can't anyone pick up the phone or respond to an email?

update: got really sick, was in and out of the hospital and had to vacate. neither the property manager not any one of this company cared after lying to me several times, day in and day out. they wanted money to move us out of a unit that was heavily mold infested due to THEIR negligence. they only want money. they ruined our carpet, our furniture, and our home. and nobody was liable, i'm not being compensated and on top of all else, they want us to pay $500 to be transferred to another unit? after you all MADE our unit UNHABITABLE?

The leasing agent herself is also very rude and lies about being in the office. if she tells you anything, chances are your request is never leaving that phone call (if you can even get in touch.)

p.s, if you still want to move into a rat, roach, bat, mold infested community, this one is for you! especially unit 473 😌 (attached some photos. luckily the smell isn't in the pictures.)

Zenquisha in the office got me streight no hesitation. Repairs fixed asap and exact unit I wanted made it available. She is very understanding and prompt wondering customer service skills!

I’ve been here for almost a year now. I’ll start by giving it two stars because the area is not all bad. They also provide a park/Dog park. Communication with the staff/maintenance is terrible. I’ve been having issues upon arriving. The old company’s management was a little better. We have so many things that need repairing. Including our wall that hasn’t been fully completed from a leak months ago. I’ve tried going down to the leasing office, and they wrote down my concerns. I was then told to put in maintenance request. Despite putting in a few, no one came. Which I figured because it’s been this way for months. I then spoke with a staff member claiming to be the manager. They told me to email them pictures/explain my concerns. I immediately fulfilled the request but haven’t heard anything back. Not only that but they’re raising prices, when you don’t get anything included. Gas, electricity, water, trash are all separate. They also keep adding extra fees to our monthly bill. The neighborhood has become more quiet, however, sometimes they’re random shootings right outside or across the street. I had to repair my car because of this. It’s safe to say I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE!!!

I am writing this review because we have had it with this complex. Please do not move here! I want everyone to he aware that we have an rat infestation, we aren't seeing just 1 or 2. There are 4-5 at a time, on our counters, in our stove etc.

We contacted the leasing office, they came and put 2 cheap traps down. Went to the office twice after this about the mice, no one has come to do anything. They have turned off the office phone. We pay 1600 a month and we cant even keep our boxed food or seasonings in the kitchen cabinets. We do not wish to cook here with mice living in the stove. We are spending more money on top of what we pay in rent on food. The leasing agent did advise that we are not the only unit with mice. All we want is to be let out of this lease. We want out immediately, we are terrified, we are devastated during this Christmas holiday. Unfortunately, we will need to deal with this the legal way as they have been ignoring us. This is inhabitable. Next step, health department, BBB, and then our local courthouse.

Maintenance has been great. Anytime I have a issue the gentlemen works hard to make sure the issue is being solved.

Was there a couple of years and went with the classic style townhome. They are old but well maintained and preserved. They ALWAYS communicated with us even if they were having phone problems in the office and are very friendly people. The maintenance team they have are wonderful friendly people and are very responsive and get things done almost same day. The community is working class family people and will speak but keep to themselves for the most part. The outside is always kept up grass cut etc and even offers flex pay for rent which allows you to do split payments with your rent. Very cozy during the winter months as well. Only Con is the AC is pretty loud when watching TV you have to turn up the volume and upstairs one room appeared very human and hot. Also the rent price went up my first year but they informed me a few months in advanced so that I wouldn’t be caught off guard. Other than that the community appeared very easy going mature.

FRAUD ALERT!! Recently had my debit card ran an this location for thousands of dollars and have never even been close to Virginia in my life. I called management to get some answers and they were no help what so ever. All they said was to call my back and get my money back. They did not seem to even care that someone is committing fraud at their location and would not even look into it slightly. I was told they my debit card was never used and no transaction existed but my bank account says otherwise. Stay away!

I live here at Victory At Edgewood and I have been in touch with the office for the last 14 days regarding my AC unit. It is not working properly and they claim that have NO MAINTENANCE GUY! Shocker!

Everyone around me is getting their AC units replaced meanwhile I sit here and burn the hell up.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! IT SUCKS!

AND I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER DIME UNTIL YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY AC
