Well, that is exactly how I found Victor Bravo, by calling the number under that headline…. Needless to say, I was not sure what I was getting myself into.

In the beginning I was reluctant to pursue because I just assumed it was all some scam but decided a phone call couldn’t hurt. Within 10 minutes of making that call I found myself on the phone with Mike and being introduced to the company. He helped talk through the many reservations and questions I had about the process and their business. I had no firsthand experience with something like this, but the internet sure shines a poor light on this industry.

After multiple conversations with Mike he was able to put my mind at ease but despite coming to an agreement, I still had underlying concerns about if I made the right decisions. It had nothing to do with Mike, the team, or anyone specifically… it was because it was almost too good to be true and everyone I spoke to about this thought it would end bad, I just wasn’t sure.

LONG story short – I can confidently say that after a few months of working with VB and personally meeting and speaking to multiple team members I have been impressed from top to bottom. Mike and I worked out a deal, Autumn and I stayed in touch weekly with updates, and a conversation I shared with Alex all made me feel like this worked out exactly as it should.

My experience with VB has been great. I feel that they are deserving of a 5-star review because they took the time to explain how they work, execute on their word, and address issues head on with experience and knowledge. I would encourage you to give them a call, even if just to learn more.

To be honest, I had accepted an offer form another investment company, but it fell through...when I called Mike Soper back to apologize, and explained the situation, he was more than happy to accept my business. When I wanted to trade my house for a condo for the Golden years, I reached out to Michael Soper at Victor Bravo REI. My husband and I were very impressed during the walk through. Michael is quite knowledgeable and very quickly thorough. We toured the entire house and he promised to get back to me the next day. My husband and I had agreed on what kind of offer we were willing to accept and were pleasantly surprised when Michael arrived with our number in hand. We agreed and put the wheels in motion. While the offer was for a one week closing, Michael agreed to 30 days so we could find our condo and have time to close there too.
EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE CLOCKWORK! Everything went so smoothly and exactly as it was supposed to.

If you are looking for folks that provide effective communication, service, and commitment Victor Bravo is not the partner for you. If nothing else, a recent disastrous failed transaction has taught me to do more thorough vetting before entering into a real estate transaction with an investment buyer. Would provide zero stars if possible. Hope this post ends up saving someone else from a negative experience.

I was contacted by Mike Sopor about selling a house that needed an extensive rehab and was also endanger of foreclosure. I had ruled out the selling of the house because of the condition. I actually thought the discount people would ask for would leave me underwater.

Mike and I discussed the condition and determined a short sale might offer the alternative. I did the requested documentation and turned it over to Mike. A few days later he approached me about an outright sale of the house to Victor Bravo.

The sake was discussed and after sleeping on it I decided to go forward. It offered the best approach to the issues I was facing. The sale occurred within 30 days. I realized a small return on the investment and was free and clear of collection.
