I chose Verne, as our realtor, because I believed he had the best expertise to get us through the buyer’s process. We processed our loan through an out of state company for Veterans that needed much paperwork which delayed our closing date twice (about two weeks). During this time we had several phone conversations with Verne along with him reaching out to our lender. Each time something was needed for the lending institution he drove about 45 minutes to our property. His diligence, patience, and professionalism were superb.

We highly recommend Verne and Joan Folkmann. We had three properties to sell; Verne timed the market so we were extremely satisfied with the prices we received. Communication with Verne and Joan was excellent. They are prompt in their response and attentive to our sales. Finally, Verne and Joan are nice people, and not just to us as clients, but they were nice to our tenants, the mortgage lenders and other brokers. It made the sale process a pleasure.
