Their customer service is horrible. My elderly parents have had outages that last 4-5 days and they say they've filed a ticket but no action has been taken.. they have no urgency in finding solutions. Helping them find a new provider. Do not recommend

I pay for 90mbps each month and the internet speed fluctuates minute to minute, often hovering at 20. Customer support is nonexistent and they are unwilling to even look into the issue. In some areas of Lehi (including mine) this company is the ONLY internet service option. They know customers have nowhere else to go and they treat us accordingly. I never would have moved to the area if I knew I was going to be stuck without reliable internet access. If you have ANY alternatives for providers, you would be wise to pursue them.

One of the easiest business network providers I have ever dealt with.
Pros:
Simple Account Number
Direct and Quick Customer Service
Technical support Got it right during provisioning, first time.
No outages - consistent uptime, latency, accurate bandwidth provisioning.
Cons:
Their footprint is limited, but they tell me it's getting better with First Digital. Can't speak to them, but I would hope it's as good as Veracity.

Horrible service! The apartment complex I live at in Provo contracted Veracity to provide internet. Last year, during midterm’s time we were 3 days without internet, and now today, as we’re in finals week our internet randomly stopped working again. In both occasions we’ve tried troubleshooting our router and that’s not the problem. Last time they came they said the problem was in the connection on the wall. Once again, this morning, we called Veracity to report the internet problem, and first they said they couldn’t give us a timeframe to solve the problem. Later today they said they couldn’t come until tomorrow. Our apartment complex (Moon River) charges us a communications’ fee of $75, however when contacted they claim there’s nothing they can do to speed up the process of fixing the internet. Same thing happened last time we asked for their help. I should also mention our internet constantly and randomly stops working. Most of the time I have to use my phone data. Stay away from Veracity and any complex that contracts them as an internet provider!!

I don’t think I’ve actually experienced an internet provider as terrible as Veracity. Their customer service is horrible, they take forever to answer questions or get back to you. They scheduled my internet installation for a week ago but they never actually installed it or even attempted. I’ve called every day since the installation date and every single time their reply is “well we ran into some complications, we don’t have a time frame, and you’re not allowed to speak with the technicians.” Nothing will ruin your day more than dealing with veracity. Lehi city needs to add more providers ASAP cause Veracity is definitely not it

I’m a new customer just now going through the process of signing up for service. So far, employees don’t seem to be highly responsive and it take time for people to get back in touch with you. That concerning. Is also voiced concern about installation charges, which are outrageous. The sales rep responded with a very dry and unhelpful email “I am unable to change the install charge from what it is in our system. I am unable to submit your paperwork to get anything scheduled until you sign the paperwork and we get the order submitted.” I was hoping she could at leas justify why the charges are so high, besides the fact that they are the only provider in my new neighborhood. I wish it were easier to do business with Veracity. I will propane update review once installation is done.

Stay clear. Seriously. Customer service is great until you sign. I had my entire company switch to veracity. We had connectivity problems nonstop. Eventually they insisted is what on our end even though we never had issues before switching (or since cancelling). We moved our office. I emailed them about 6 months before the move anticipating they would need time to build out the new space. No response. I ended up going with someone else because I cannot operate my business without internet and veracity was not responding. About three months before the move they asked if everything was working. I told them I was moving. They held my phone number hostage (that we have had for nearly 20 years) and tried to make me sign a contract that I would extend for another three years or pay them over 6k for cancelling early. I refused. They kept my number hostage until finally they released it when I signed the cancellation agreement. I signed it but hand wrote that I would not pay it. A few weeks later, they tagged my card for over 6k. As a business owner, going with Veracity was the worst business decision I have ever made. I switched to CenturyLink. No connectivity issues at all anymore. It was cheaper. The phones are better too.

I absolutely love this company. They bought out my old fiberoptic ISP and I am so glad. Their prices are great and their service even better. If I contact them and we are disconnected, they ALWAYS call me back. They stay on the line to make sure the issue is resolved or call me back after finding a solution through various departments. They do follow up calls to make sure problems have remained fixed. For the most part, the service is trouble free (which is saying a lot with my older computers and networking equipment), but when I do have problems, my company goes out of their way to fix it.
