Last week, I walked into Valley Management Services without an appointment to ask their advice on a matter that was causing me to lose sleep at night. I had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, Jane Page Thompson. WOW, did I win the lottery!!! She immediately answered my questions and provided the resources that enabled me to resolve my problem. Even after leaving their establishment, she answered additional questions that I had via text within minutes. To clarify, I’m not a property owner or a potential tenant. I can only imagine the service that she’ll provide to those that have entrusted the management of their properties to her or a tenant that appreciates a property manager that will respond promptly to their request for repairs. It’s wonderful to know there are still people out there that will help you without doing so for financial gain.

Very unfortunate circumstances. I was a model tenant for six-plus years. The landlord experienced some health issues, which subsequently resulted in her failing to maintain a habitable premises. Valley Management took it upon themselves to use my security deposit to address the apartment's defects which ultimately forced me to terminate my lease. This came as a shock as I had used my own personal funds to help the landlord deep clean the house only a few months prior to my termination of the lease. Moreover, what little money I was entitled to after the second deep cleaning was organized by Valley Management was never returned. I would not suggest entering into a contract with this management firm. The only time I would hear from the firm was to renew the lease and my emails requesting problems to be addressed were regularly ignored.

I have been using Valley Management Services for about a year now and am nothing but happy. I get prompt replies to any issues going on in the house & if someone needs to come out to fix it, I know when this is happening & what to expect. They are upfront with me about monthly charges as well. Would recommend to any friend!
