Very professional but ridiculously overpriced. If you’re willing to pay, they’re willing to provide the service. But I would definitely get several quotes before going with these folks. Probably why they only have 15 reviews. They wanted to charge $40,000 for a 10x20 screened in porch. They are clearly taking advantage of wealthy folks in the area, so don’t be one of those folks. When I baulked at the price he doubled down and said this is what having his company do work costs. He absolutely was settled on the range of 30-40K to do a small screened in porch. Run, don’t walk.

After speaking with several other contractors, and experiencing some of their work, this is the first we felt were professional. They gave us a an in-depth look at the logistics of our project, and, even when we said we would have to wait three years, they said they would give us a call at that time. Valiant themselves and their team were good. I would give them 4 stars for getting the job done quickly and itlooked good (their part) . however the subcontractors we not (2 stars) , the brick work was sloppy, they laid the brick that was crooked and the joints were very uneven I would not use them again. If it was just Jake and his crew they were very good and looks great. Valiant did make sure the brick layers came and fixed the job so they get points for that definitely. But it took 2 trips out before it was fixed. Overall the job got done but I wasn't thrilled about the subcontractors.
