We’ve known Freddie and Andrea for almost twenty years. Our relationship began in Breckenridge Colorado when Freddie designed our mountain home. We had a wonderful experience working with Freddie on the design and construction of our Sedona house. Had a wonderful conversation explaining how he could do my project even though it’s not his expertise. When he found out the complexity of the project he resigned causing us to start all over again. This would be fine except that he also kept payment which we had to pay all over again to a new architect. All I can say is take extreme caution when making any advance payments as I guess over the years things have changed.
