I knew I wanted to live in the Rocking K Ranch located in Vail (Tucson) AZ. I found when researching Vail, that it was ranked the 21st best place to live out of 125 cities across the US.

Based on that information I began my home search and visited several new home developments, and decided that a Pulte home met all my needs.

What sealed the deal was how everyone treated me. From Jason and his manager in the onsite sales office. Jason helped me to select the right home for me.

The mortgage team made securing a VA loan easier than I thought it would. I’d been out of the Air Force for many years thought the process would be long and cumbersome, but it was neither.

Escrow was a breeze and the final digging took less than 30 minutes.

Lastly, the construction management team made sure I understood all of the aspects of my new home, and continue to make themselves available when I’ve had question.

I met several of my new neighbors right away. While talking to them I heard some of the sentiments I made here.

This is how I knew I was HOME.

Even though my house was built during the peak of the pandemic, I had minimal issues with my house compared to my friends who bought from other builders. The floor plan was great, the color coordination was fabulous. I had a great sales agent, Linda W at the Vail Park (Rocking K) who was more like a partner along the way. Her calm voice always reassures me everything was going to be okay when the supply chain turned the world into a desert. The customer service after I moved in was top notch, and I would build again from Pulte should I need another home. I had issues with completing the home on schedule but with the world upside down during the COVID, my house was still completed in14 months! The superintendent, Travis was amazing. Drew the customer service manager went above and beyond. The neighborhood looks like a Resort, very quiet, friendly neighbors. They wave at you, smile and say hi when walking in the neighborhood. I do not have one negative thing to say about Pulte and their Rocking K project. Excellent all the way.

PS: I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure Pulte kept to their promise of quality and comfortable home. And they did, even my home inspector was amazed by the quality.
