this is the worst agent I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Vincent is unprofessional, racist and all around terrible. I dont know why anyone would ever let him represent their property. he failed to show up both times we have a viewing with him. just didn't show up, when I called him he said he was busy and gave us the lock box number to tour the house alone. he never responds to emails or messages and has been sleazy all around. I have a claim into the state of California fair housing on him due to how bad he is.

Be cautious of this company, especially a person named Vincent. He is extremely unprofessional, never responds to messages, and seems to be only trying to scam you for the application fee.

Paid for credit check, they gave us a lease to sign. After signing we gave them our bank information and then they voided our lease. All communication has been cut. Reporting to fair housing and BBB as well as fraud at my bank.
