That was a memorable business deal with M/s Utkal Builders, Bhubaneswar in the recent past. After visiting a dozen of properties from different Builders around Bhubaneswar, I found the apartments of Utkal Builders are perfect balance among quality of construction, commitment, post-sales costumer care and the Cost. That prompted me to book an appartment with a great happiness. But, I had to cancel the booking within a short period of time due to some unavoidable circumstances. I saw the real test of their commitment when I got back my entire booking amount within just a couple of days. The most impressive point was the pleasing dealing of their Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr. Subhasis Mishra even at the time of cancellation of the booking.

My experience with Utkal Builders have been very pleasant from the time I decided to book a flat in their near completion project Reserve. Starting from the sales contact to head of sales who tried to help me in every way possible to make the process smoother. Even their backend support through CRM helped me in minor internal modification without any fuss. I see the project coming up as per the time plan and expect them to keep their delivery commitment. Trust gets built over a period of time and after multiple interaction. I am writing this review after considerable period and after multiple interaction. So yes, one can trust the name Utkal builders when considering to buy a flat in Bhubaneswar.

We had a wonderful experience with the sales and after sales team.
The ambience of the office was splendid.
We were taken care adequately during all our visits.
Rajiv Kumar, Shraddha Ray, Mr. Tripathy and Pappu were absolutely fabulous in taking care, explaining details and all our queries were answered patiently.
Looking forward for many more such pleasent experiences.
