This was our 3rd purchase and 2nd sale with the Utah Cribs team. Both sales went quick at prices above what we were expecting (and no this was not during COVID when everything was flying off the market). Their expertise is unrivaled and communication excellent. Spencer was very responsive and unlike many other experiences I've had, communication didn't drop off at all once the contracts were signed. Spencer also helped us get tradespeople into the house on a tight timeline through his contacts which would have been hard for us to do ourselves. Will use again for any of our real estate needs!

It’s very hard to find people to trust in the real estate market. And i cannot express enough how smooth Spencer and his team made this process.
