Our team loves being a tenant in Urban Story's Dome Building! We have had our law office in this history Chattanooga landmark for nearly two decades so it is "home" for us. But it would only truly feel like home if our landlord provided exceptional and responsive attention and service to its tenants. Jimmy and his outstanding team have always taken amazing care of us which we very much appreciate! They were concise in their expectations and schedule, while still being easy to communicate with on a day to day level. We recently moved into the James Building in Chattanooga. We looked for months and did not find anything available that we would consider. Finally, Megan from Urban Story Ventures showed us several of their properties. We landed at the James Building and have been pleased with the move. The modifications we requested to the space were done on budget and on time and we were able to move in a week earlier than predicted. We had a couple minor issues that arose after moving in and they remedied them quickly. We are very happy with the space and the staff.

CBMC Chattanooga has headquartered in the Franklin Building(Urban Story Ventures) for over a year. We find it to be strategically located in the city and the maintenance team are most responsive! We've had a great experience with USV. The building (James Building) and our space are always clean and well-kept, they've invested in good amenities like the fitness center, and any maintenance issues are always addressed quickly. Overall, they're responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
